“FurnitureLand….Beware!!
I found myself driving thru HighPoint a few weeks ago and on a whim stopped in FurnitureLand, a place I had heard so much about. We were greeted by a young woman with a clipboard who came from the front of a line of salespersons, kind of like going to a car dealership. She pointed out the different areas and to call if I had a question. The customer service from Julia, Belle, Bob and the rest of the Home Design staff far surpasses “Clipboard” service!!””
